Mouth Guards & Night Guards

Our caring dentist, Dr. Kim is dedicated to keeping your smile healthy and free from pain. To help us do this, we provide several types of mouth guards at our office. For our athletic patients, we often recommend a type of mouth guard called an athletic mouth guard or sports guard. Sports guards fit over your teeth while you play sports and participate in other athletic activities to protect your smile from injury. Sports guards are especially important for our patients who play high-contact sports such as wrestling, football, hockey, and rugby.

We also provide night guards. A night guard is a special type of mouth guard used to treat bruxism. Also known as teeth grinding and clenching, bruxism is a condition that can lead to severe tooth wear and damage. Bruxism can also cause jaw pain, facial pain, migraines, tension headaches, and other painful symptoms. To relieve these symptoms and protect your teeth, the night guard fits over your teeth to prevent clenching and grinding while you sleep. We will ensure that your night guard fits comfortably so you can sleep peacefully through the night.

We invite you to contact our dental office today to learn more about mouth guards and night guards. We look forward to caring for your smile!
